name printed at the bottom of the envelope and

for the tie clasp, button, name tag and handcuff key. All these items are supplied at no additional charge. Suggested substitutions could be
a different patch, a portrait in uniform, a
badge, or a collection of pins, metals, ribbons, awards, etc. To order this picture one must
supply their own patch and any personal items. An additional feature includes an envelope that depicts "America's Finest" showing the complete badge with the officer's badge number. NOTICE: Shown here is a new
option whereby there is the old law and order stamp used on the envelope and not
postmarked. In place of the postmark, to the
side of the stamp is a shield that reads H.P.D. and lists the date the officer joined the police force. Another difference with this picture is the addition of a
