Dentist

DID YOU KNOW? The electric chair was invented by a dentist. In 1869 it was a dentist who first patented chewing gum. Paul Revere, the American patriot and Revolutionary War hero, practiced denistry as a silversmith skilled in making dentures. Three different mat colors are used to enhance the artwork picturing a dentist's office of yesteryear. The familiar "caduceus" pin with a "D" on it is included along with the three cent postage stamp honoring dentists and a First Day Cover commemorating the 100th anniversary of the American Dental Association (artwork and number of stamps on the envelope may vary). Both the stamp and envelope are dated September 14, 1959. The framed picture is 17 1/2 x 17 1/2 inches and is framed using solid oak moulding.
