This solid oak framed keepsake record of your baby's birth is sure to catch the eye and be highly treasured. Three mat colors are used. Cut into the top mat is a 4 1/2 inch circle which outlines a 3 inch embroidered teddy bear. The birth record is placed on a blue mat beside the bear. The overall length is 19 inches and the width is 10 1/4 inches. If you desire a birth record prior to the year 2002, a stamp will be used that was issued nearest the time when your child was born.
