B-24 Liberator Airplane

DID YOU KNOW? The B-24 "Liberator" was the most used heavy bomber of World War II. The combined effort of five American factories assembled one B-24 every two hours. More than 18,000 were built, making it the most produced warplane in history. The top speed of the B-24 was 303 miles per hour, making it the fastest of the bombers. This 17 1/2 inch by 15 1/2 inch hardwood framed picture consists of an Air Force patch, Air Force wings, three World War II Army Air Corps official postage stamps (three cent stamp is 55 years old, stamps may vary) and a maxicard picturing a B-24 Liberator bomber.
