Sinclair Oil Company

DID YOU KNOW? On November, 1916, Harry Sinclair formed Sinclair from the assets of eleven small petroleum companies. Sinclair quickly grew to become the 7th largest oil company in America. The original Sinclair Oil began marketing the brontosaurus dinosaue in 1930 and even to this day "Dino" still remains a fovorite corporate logo. Framed in hardwood, the picture measures 17 3/4 x 16 3/4 inches. Three different mat colors add to the picture's appearance. Included in this picture is an art print of a Sinclair station, a Sinclair patch, a special commemorative cover and 4 cent petroleum industry stamp which is 42 years old (August 27, 1959).
