Mickey Mouse "Top Hat"

DID YOU KNOW? Mickey's girlfriend was Minnie Mouse. Were they ever married? According to Walt Disney, they were never married on the screen. The subject did come up in the 1932 film, "Mickey's Nightmare" in which he dreamed of being married to Minnie, but that was only a dream. In 1935 a piece of sheet music was published entitled, "The Wedding of Mister Mickey Mouse." On the cover was a picture of Mickey, dressed in a tux, leading Minnie, dressed in a veil, from the church. The music and words by Edward Pola had the permission of Walt Disney. Here is a cute picture featuring the famous Mickey Mouse. This unusual piece is 19 x 15 1/2 inches, framed in solid oak and surrounded by 3 mat colors. It also contains a Walt Disney stamp issued September 11, 1968, Mickey art, a collector pin and a commemorative envelope (envelopes vary). The back is finished with dust cover and hanger.
