
Horse Racing - SecretariatThose who love horse racing are familiar
with the Triple Crown Challenge. The horse
named "Secretariat" was a Triple Crown winner
in 1973. This horse was honored on a 33 cent
postage stamp. This 16 3/4 x 19 inch solid
oak framed picture
honors thoroughbred horse racing as well as
Secretariat. It consists of artwork, a 2 inch
goldtone emblem of a thoroughbred race horse,
an uncancelled stamp of Secretariat along
with the other two stamps honoring horse racing.
There is also an exclusive ArtCard that honors the
Triple Crown Challenge which is held in
three states. First is the Kentucky Derby,
second is the Preakness Stakes, and third is
the Belmont Stakes. These are all listed on
the ArtCard. The stamps on the ArtCard are
the state flags of the three states where
the Triple Crown Challenge is run, Kentucky,
Maryland and New York. Three different mat
